I am so glad with the Digest every fourtnight, it is great tor read.
In the Netherlands we have a foundation which take care of the smokers 
and they hav asked me to become a member of the board so we can in 
public take care p.e. A doctor had refused to treat a patient who 
smokes, with the help of the foundation. the doctor gets a warning. The
