Subject: A collectible pipe??

Hello.......You have an awesome page...I am a collector of many things,
but I did just recently pick up my first pipe. It looks rather old,
about 5 and 3/4 inches long, with a plastic mouthpiece that comes out if
you pull it. The barrel of the pipe is a rather smooth, dark wood, and
the highlight is signed silver fillagree going from the midsection of
the pipe all over the barrel to the top of the pipe. Around the
perimeter of the barrel, in silver, are dual designs of a jockey riding
a race horse. On the underside, the pipe is signed Silver in the silver
inlay wrapping described above. I have cleaned it up and it is really
stunning now.....Just wondering if you've come across anything of a
