From: ???????????????????????????????????? Subject: posting from pipes page Hi Steve, I'm a 26-year old pipesmoker from Zutphen in the Netherlands. I recently bought a Peterson Old English Collection Pipe, and I want to know more about it. My tobacconist couldn't help me out. It's a corncob-like model with hardly no stem at all: it's all mouthpiece (only slightly bent). What I want to know: is this a new Peterson series? Since when have they been producing these pipes. How limited are they (if at all)? You can't find them at peterson.com. I'm a W.O.Larsen-lover myself and I as a rule I ban all latakia-mixtures from my Peterson 305 and Savinelli straight-stemmed 110. With one exception: Poul Olsen's (My Own Blend) Kong Frederik Blanding. All you latakia-sceptics: forget all your unpleasant Dunhill experiences, this is your ticket to the world of Latakia. Try it, it's a truly mild smoke. all the best, Werner Bossmann ~\U ~\U ~\U ~\U ~\U ~\U ~\U ~\U ~\U ~\U ~\U ~\U ~\U ~\U ~\U ~\U ~\U
